| Andrew Sullivan started Niche Constructions Pty Ltd in 2010 as a boutique family owned operation. Prior to starting the business, Andrew worked with his father in law in the bricklaying industry, servicing the commercial, civil and domestic sectors. They were proud to be one of the major bricklaying companies in Australia with over 80 employees nation wide. Having worked with his father in law for over 15 years, he then came along to work for Niche Constructions as an integral member of the building team. With a strong history of builders in our family, we are passionate about building innovative homes that will stand the test of time. Our sub contractors, suppliers and employees are highly respected in the industry. The director of the company has the advantage of understanding all aspects of the build, from providing expert advice to employees to guiding other key members in the construction process. With a strong eye for detail, meticulous design finishes and superior service, it is always our goal to provide the best possible results for our discerning clients. All work carried out is completed as per the supplied Plans and Specifications, with the intent of exceeding the Building Code of Australia. |  |
